About Rovno

Rubizhne (Russian Rubezhnoye) is a city in Luhansk oblast (province), eastern Ukraine, on the Donets River. The settlement dates from the 18th century and was incorporated in 1934. Rubizhne has an engineering industry and, with Lysychansk and Syeverodonetsk, one of the most important chemical centres in Ukraine for the production of aniline dyes.
